Quick Question

This actually pertains to both my Scirocco and Jetta.
I was just curious as to how you remove the bumper
covers from the car. I have an 85 8v Scirocco and a 92
Jetta GL if it helps. I was thinking of replacing the
bumper covers on both, but I am not sure how to get
them off and don't want to break anything trying.
