Re: Faulty E-brake / Caliper question



Sounds like the rear caliper is frozen.  I had this
happend to me.  I went through  5 or 6 remanufactured
calipers before I found one that would work.  (you can
rebuild the pistons in the calipers but not the ebrake
portion)  I guess they all go bad.  The
remanufacturing companies must not have the brains to
figure out that calipers were replaced because of a
faulty e-brake cable.  Your best bet for a caliper is
a brand new (non remanufactured one).
