non-adjustable.
If you are replacing the tie rod, you don't
necessarily need a puller.  Just pound it out of the
knuckle with a hammer.  You only need a puller if you
plan on re-using the tie-rod (threads)

Your other MKI probably had one or both tie rods
replaced at some time.
