16v weird noises

Hello,

My car is making some weird noises. . . sounds lindof
like valve train noise, but it might just be cracked
exhaUST manifold getting worse.  It somewhere between
clanking/sputtering/and clicking sound when I stick my
head close to the intake manifold. . . not quite sure
where it's coming from.  Any thoughts?
