Which one are you refering to?  I have used the New
york branch and wasn't happy with the service at all. 
I send them my rim (ups) and after I waited a week and
a half I called to inquire about it.  They couldn't
find an answer.  So I call back the next day.  They
look into it.  The rim is not fixable, but no one can
tell me why.  I thought it would have been fixable
because I was driving on it before I took it off. 
There was a small split that should have been fixable,
but at least you could call customers to make them
aware of the problem.  Did they think I was going to
forget about the rim??  I just think a good reputable
business should have called to let the customer know
the wheel was not repairable, but they could sell me a
refurbished one for $200 yea right.
