Help removing autotech rear sway bar

Allrighty i have the autotech hollow rear sway bar
on my car, how the hell do i get it off? Its got the
eye-bolt through the strut base, so its not like i can
just push the bolt out. Am i supose to free the 2 clamps
on the axel, and then pull the sway bar forward/out of the
end sockets? Thing is i cant get to secure the rear nut of
the clamp on the passenger side due to the gas tank, so im
going to have to unbolt the top of the struts so the axel
will tilt down so mabe i can reach above the axel and secure
that nut, then bolt the struts back up so i can slide the
bar forward? ugg. any tips would be appreciated
