Fuba removal

Well, the garage door decided to take the Fuba off my car, so now all I am
left with is the mangled remains. How do I go about unbolting it so I can
install a new one? I'll have to go through the headliner right? Is it best
to cut through that seam in the back? Any help is appreciated.
