Re: audio(sub placement)



This is what I designed! I had slightly over 1 1/5 cubic feet and also had a
nice flat trunk still left in the car (honestly later I yamked it for a much
better sounding hugh square box) It does work but it sure does take away
alot from the sub if it is not pointed twards the rear. ALWAYS ALWAYS in a
hatchback point the sub twards the rear. Its a neat little amplifacation you
get called the megaphone effect. If you like BASS this is the only way to
go. Like I said I trade the top mounted speaker for a box that supported a
speaker to fact the rear and I gained ofer 100DB without anymore amps or
speakers nothing more than a box and position change of the speaker!
