Good stuff, one thing though-

Don't seal the drain hole, waterproof it with some POR-15 or plasticoat
stuff and then plug it with something like a unwrapped cigarette filter.
This will wick away water but not 'whistle' from the sub's output. 

Let a bit stick out of the hole on the bottom to encourage drips exiting
the car.
