Re: Another ND horror story.

I faced a close situation to this , well i ordered in last April a superchip for my Digifant II scirocco 2.0L from England , from a company called Power Zone , they are a part of the Mini Sport Group , well they charged me 165 pounds for it plus 30 pounds for the shipping , and i paid by visa card , after 4 days it arrived , and after installing it in the ECU , the car just stalls after it starts by a second , and a great smell of gasoline comming out of the exhaust ,  i called Power Zone back , and they told me that they'll contact Super chips and will call me back , but they didn't call back , so i did call them couple of days after , and they told me to send them back the chip immediately , and also i did , and called them a week later , and they told me that they received it , and they said the chip is working , and there's nothing wrong in it , so they figured that the gasoline's octane level is different from where i live(Jordan) than Great Britain , so they said i can't have a chip installed on my car in my country , so i told them to send me some other things as a power boost vale and lowering springs instead of the money , but they replied that they don't sell them anymore , so i asked for other thing and they replied that thay don't have it , and each item i came up with , they came with an excuse , and then i started feeling that they're not giving my money back , so i asked for money back , and they said that they will do a refund as soon as possible , and till now thay didn't , i called them almost each day for the first month , and they kept on promising till now ,  i paid for the overseas phones much more than the cost of the chip .  And now i'm looking for a lawyer to take my case since i have all the receipts , even the sending them the chip back receipt , i don't know if there's anyone on the list that lives in Great Britain close to Power Zone and can help me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
