Depends on what you want to accomplish.  How much do you want to spend?
How long do you plan on keeping the car?  If it was me, I'd probably start
with all the unglamorous maintenance items like bearings, CV & ball joints,
axle and arm bushings, tie rods, engine mounts, etc....cleaning everything
and all that...start with a  solid base for performance mods like sway bars
and big wheels.  You'll learn a ton by doing it yourself, and nothing
will seem difficult after that. :)
