RE: New to list - ?'s about a MK1 1.8t swap.

Even Julie's donated a set of acryllic nails to a wiring swap... Not easy,
but can be done...
There are days when I go out to the Rocco that I feel like the guy in Poor
Richards drawing of the stripped apart rabbit...

The engine is good, but as long as I have to redo the wiring in the entire
car, I suppose that a 1.8t swap wouldn't be that much more dificult, other
than the cost of the engine itself.

Actually there was alot of talk about this earlier this month. You might
find those posts in the scirocco.org archieves.

Take home lesson for me was how utterly difficult this swap would be, even
for an experienced mechanic...
