Re-tighten the 3 bolts that you were able to break loose...

Hammer in the 8mm CV joint triple square all the way into the 6mm, and
use an impact gun, or an impact driver.

If that strips it too, I've used a Torx bit, to get them off.

As a last resort you can drill the head off, pull the throttle body off,
and clamp a ViseGrip on the remaining shaft.
