I'd say leave the good used ones in place, and replace the used worn
ones with some ATE Atomic slotted rotors. Perhaps not as high a
coefficient of cooling as vented but good at getting the hot gasses out
from under the hot pads. 

Since they are about $30 a piece and stock is a comparable $25 (appox
prices for comparison) then that's the way for me. 

This along with a good DOT4 fluid exchange and some fresh Fedoros or
high quality pad should suit.
