wiper arm assembly help

<x-charset iso-8859-1>  whilst reattaching my drivers side wiper arm this afternoon, i managed
to shear the bolt off that it clamps on to thus rendering it useless. i
need new wiper arms anyway so taht's not a problem. what i need is a
pivot and soon. calling for snow/rain tomorrow so this is soprt of
imperitive. read that there was a pivot kit i could install, but they
place didn't have it in stock (or even knew about it before i asked).
so, does anyone know what i can do? how hard would it be to go to
mono-wiper (what's all involved)?
