Now test the fuel pump. Know how?
Use the jumper wire and listen close for the sound of the fuel pump
running. if it does run with the jumper wire installed, then its the
relay. if not, you got a dead pump.

The bottom line is you are not getting fuel to the motor. That basically
means anything in the fuel pump circuit. Fuse, relay or pump will be at
fault. GL.
