RE: Rear Disk Conversion?

I did this complete swap a few years ago. 16V Jetta rear disks and 16V Roc
fronts.

For the rear you need the Calipers, carriers, splash guards, stub axels,
soft lines and E-Brake cables (the E-brake cables must be from a 16V Roc).
 You can either bend you existing hard lines to fit or get new shorter ones
at an auto parts store.

For the front you just need the 16V disks, Calipers and Carriers.

Now for the fun part..... to make it all work right and SAFE;

You have to replace the vacuum booster and master cylinder and add the
proportioning valves from a 16V Roc. To do this you will also need the
brake/clutch pedal cluster from a late model Roc. Only the Scirocoo brake
booster has the correct rod and adjustable clevis on it. You can easily
bend your existing brake lines to accomodate the proportioning valves and
the wiring for the brake lights must be modified to work off the late model
pedal actuatted switch.
