IT doesn't act like it's being starved for fuel, IMO.  It seems that
it's not getting spark when I let off the key.  We jumpered the fuel
pump directly to the battery and it still didn't run when we let off the
key.  The fuel pump kept running though(of course).  Is the fuel pump
relay the one with the fuse on top of it, BTW?
