bought a MK1!!!!

Well, I went out and did it.

1978 Scirocco

body straight, almost no rust. 1.8 liter engine installed Aug 1998.

has MK2 seats already installed (heh....with the seat belt part, looks weird with 4 down there)

Has electrical probs, and I MUST find a way to fir sway-bars...... ACK!!

but it is quick, quick, quick........simply blows the doors off my 86.

So......basically the point is......I am now a MK1 owner, and after just 5 hours, loving it.

I'll keep you guys infoemed on how everything goes with it. (like fitting my 5 speed into it)....
