   If you wire up your side repeater to both the parking circuit and the
blink circuit, you will have the sides blink in sync with the front and
back signals when the parking lights are off, and alternate with the
parking lights are on.  For your side repeater bulb, make sure to use a
wattage smaller than the parking wattage for your front signal.  HTH...
