Side blinker question

	There was away to have your blinker on with your parking light and 
then dim when you used your turn signal. What two wires of the three do I 
need to splice into to get this effect?
Well, thanks for the help and sorry I'm touching on a rather old subject.
I'm Finally getting to getting my signals back since the body shop tool it 
upon themselves to fill them. Odd aren't they.
