I have heard that it is good to have a full tank also, and if not, one that 
is nearly empty. I know about the battery thing on cement. I found that out 
the hardway. No one, I have talked to, seems to know why. Maybe someone who 
knows a lot about electromagnetics can answer this. Might have somthing to 
do with grounding. The HEET sounds like a good idea, so I might try that. 
Like I said, I will work on it, so it will run every once in a while. Thanks 
for your help!
