The best link I know of is called "EC" magazine. (European Car) 
lets see..... page... 170... mid page is an add which claims the header
is from $179.95.

Ive given alot of thought into a header and it looks like this one would
work great for me. I like the try -Y- design and the flex coupling would
be a definite plus since my current setup likes to pop loose behind the
cat all the time. (Pulls apart. Must be my massive 8V monster torque..)
Ive had a Pacesetter system on an old 82 Rabbit years ago and this worked
great with NO problems so I like the design.
