Sciroccos in London

I was in London last week. Walking the streets I kept looking for Sciroccos. 
I saw three, and I took a picture of one of them. It was a blue Storm parked 
near the HMS Belfast, just before it was moved to Portsmouth. That would be 
near the London Tower also. I wonder if that car belonged to anybody in the 
group?
