Fixing my front seat

Hey all,

I want to remove my front seat because I am unable
to move it up and down with the lever on the right 
side of it. Seems to be jammed all the way down. I 
hate sitting low when I drive. How to I take it out 
to see what the problem is? Something about a bolt
of some sort in the front of the seat. Can someone
help me out?
