Norm,

A while ago I did the G60 conversion into an 79 MKI Scirocco this was a
really bad ass set up. One thing I would highly recommend is going with a
limited slip diff. it would make a world of difference. I used an FF trans
out of an 80 Scirocco S it is all tall gears and it handled well with the
four puck clutch disk. I did have to learn how to drive a stick over again
thou.

I did this conversion all myself with some help from Ron's parts they can be
