Hey all...
    Anybody know the difference and conversion factors between DIN and
SAE horsepower ratings? What's the difference between what was used in
the 60's and what's used now? Why does my brother's 280Z say "170HP"
underneath the hood when all the specs I've ever seen published say it
has 139 - 149 bhp? I'm sure it has something to do with different
horsepower ratings, but I'd love to know how to convert and what's the
deal. By what rating is a stock US spec JH motor 90bhp? What's the
difference between hp and brakehorsepower?
