Buy a new caliper. It's usually more effort to remove the broken bleeder
screw than it's worth to purchase a new caliper. The next time you (or
anyone) bleeds brakes on a car that's a bit crusty, carefully saturate the
bleeder screws with WD40 or similar for a few days (once or twice a day) prior
to the actual work. It won't save all the frozen bleeder screws but it'll
save most.
