SV: 2.0 conversion

Stock cams or even milder cams work nice with turbo setups.
Makes the famous turbokick to not be so hars and nice power at
low rpms, then you let boost supply power in mid and upper rpms.

But if you want really much power you need some wild cams to.
The turbo does nothing than pushing in air in the motor so a
wild motor that gets boost will deliver more than a mild motor
that gets the same boost.

Going to start playing with a gti cam in my car to see if it
finds more power in upper rpms without loosing to much low.
