[tech] random misfire problem

As you all should know by now I have a fresh JH in my 81 now, and I've been
having a misfire problem for a couple years or so. (since the old 1.7)
the problem: the car misfires in neutral at any RPM about every 2-5
seconds, also it feels like it misfires about the same just cruising down
the road. According to my smog 2 dyno test it seems to be misfiring about
the same under load.
I've put many new parts on the car, so i'll list the relevant ones:
new euro curve dist (at approx. 16deg initial timing)
new 1 range colder plugs
new wires
new MSD Blaster coil
new alternator+ground straps everywhere
power cleaned injectors
new engine
new O2 sensor
electronic idle stabilizer bypassed

There might be a small vacuum leak around the idle screw.
Used MSD 6A ignition, however it misfired before this was installed
Air fuel ratio gauge shows good ratio
The car has history of electrical problems however. Mostly fusebox
corrosion BS.

The tach doesn't jump or dip that would indicate it's not getting a spark
or something
I can't figure it out. It seems to be fuel because practically the whole
ignition is brand new. But could fuel cause such a misfire?
please help! this is frustating me. I want my new engine to run perfect.

Oh yeah, I'm out of money too, so it'd better be a cheap fix. :)
