Just remember that any A3 shortblock is a 2.0l, but will not directly
bolt into your 1.8l engine bay.  TT sells special downpipes extended
15mm to compensate for the additional height, and in some cars, the
block doesnt clear the hood without extensive engine mount
modifications.  Obviously its better off to get the 2.0l out of an A2,
such as 90 and up Passats and GTI/GLI's, as they already have 16v
pistions etc, and are not 15mm too tall.
