Either am I.  When I had e-code, DOT-size H4s, the lowbeam output was much
higher.  Oh well.  With properly aimed H4 lenses, you should be able to run
wattages as high as 100/140W and not blind people.  Now I need to find a
100/140W H4 bulb that'll last more than 6 months.
