Hey,
I have 185/60-14s on my stock teardrops in Pittsburgh pothole hell... and
I run Bridgestone Potenza RE-930s. I don't know if you're looking for an
All-Season, or something just for the summer, tho. The RE930s are
all-season rated, and if you ask the Tire Rack, they'll tell you they're
the best all-season performance tire out there. Sears, Firestone, and NTB
all told me the same thing.
I've put 15k on mine, and they're about 1/2 worn now, and I drive pretty
hard... Every friend of mine who has needed tires in the past year has put
them on their car and everyone has sworn they'll never buy another tire--
and it's a pretty diverse group of people- driving Civics, Altimas, BMWs, 2
Jettas and a Golf. They're very good in the dry, excellent in the rain
(depending on pavement, obviously, there's barely a loss in braking in the
rain), and they're very good in the snow (for an all-season). Plus,
they're quiet, only squeal when you're sideways, and they are wearing
incredibly well. The best part? They're cheap-- I think I paid $59 a
piece from the Tire Rack. And, by the way, NTB and Sears will both match
that price if you bring a catalog in!!
	GL and HTH!
