Re: Re-installing motor (Help)



Do all of these methods work just when the motor is in the car.  I just
rebuilt the motor and it's still not in the car.  Does this matter?
Actually, is it easier for me to install the timing belt when I have just
rebuilt the motor.  

I quickly tried Mark's method but I noticed that by putting the rotor the
way he had said, the dot on the the intermediate pulley did not allign
itself as it shows in the Bentley.  Is that okay if it's not alligned.
