I put in the Autotech poly front, VW Motorsports rear (from Potterman), and
stock side mounts in my 8V in September.  I expected it to rattle my teeth
out from what I've always heard.  Nope!  The car is like new, and actually
quieter than it was before the new mounts.   My initial reaction?  "Damn, I
should have put in harder side mounts... "

I have more poly suspension bushings coming from Autotech soon, and expect
things to be a little more harsh.  It's all give and take....   How much
comfort are you willing to sacrifice for performance?  Also, I expect the
poly bushings to outlast factory rubber, so I hopefully won't have to deal
with them ever again.  And they were on sale <grin>

Oh yeah, I drive my Rocco daily no matter what the weather, and have since
March 1990.
