Of all the Mk2's you've noted, this sounds like the pick of 
the lot. Safe guess that this 'rocco wont have been
beaten on. 129k km is quite low for a 14 yr old car.
If its in MINT shape as they say, your $1500 CAN will only get 
the car if they don't know that less than half a million mk2's 
were ever built...But try it, you have nothing to lose.
In my books its worth ~$3k CAN with original paint
add a couple of hundred if its a wolfie. That's not bad for
a car that can easily give you another 10 years of life!
