Well I read somewhere that HP ratings have to be an accurate  average +/- a
certain number of HP. In a certain sample size (I probobly made no sense
there)  Probobly in the US the FTC would govern this.  I don't know in Germany,
I also hear that Porsche is very conservative on HP ratiings to keep the cars
in a certain Insurace bracket in Germany. Anyone know if this is true?

It would probobly be impossible to make every motor perform exactly the same
down to the last HP.
