  No it just means you'll be running so rich you could run another engine
just on your exhaust fumes:) The conversions I've seen on an otherwise
stock motor have shown a bit more power, but I certainly wouldn't sacrifice
everything else for a bit more power. If you want more power, get a power
module for $150. It'll make you run richer at higher rpm, and still have
the driveablility of CIS-E.
