				Yes, it "should", but it ain't!
I have removed the old mount from the car, with a bit of difficulty
because the damn thing could barely clear the frame (or whatever it is
that that damn bracket bolts to). However, my new polyurethane mount
will not flex enuff to allow me to put the bracket back over top of it. 
Remember, I have to do the mount and bracket in a two-step process as
opposed to the usual one-step.  Even putting the stock mount in required
me to put the mount in first followed by the bracket second.
