 All you have to do is completely remove the bracket that holds the
motormount from the engine-side.  Undo the two bolts that hold on the
Starter.  They are the same two bolts that hold the motor mount bracket on.
 My 8V has allen bolts but my 16V has torx(12 point???) bits (not
allen!!!!!!) bolts so get the right tool so you don't make a mess.  Once you
undo the bolts, push the motormount & bracket upward and out of the "cup."
 Waaa Laaaa.  Put in your new MM and have fun.
