Its false advertisement. I called them months ago and they told me the
same thing. And i said,

Its listed singly too, not like it was grouped in with a bunch of VW's,
no. Its listed under --> Volkswagen and
Under -->Scirocco
for $99. What's the deal. This is in the Nov issue of SCC BTW. 

They also list Brospeed headers but no price. I bet its change and a
half. (Which is why its not listed...)
