The fuel pump relay is in the picture immediately after that key is turned.
It has connections directly to the ignition, and initiates a 3 second fuel
pressure buildup. You don't even have to turn the key to the ignition point
to hear the fuel pump buzzing for the first three seconds. In addition, the
fuel pump relay will emit a click when it initiates the pressure buildup. No?
