Honda Jump Start

I need some advice. :-)

Every week I haul my bike to work in my 1980 Scirocco 'S', because I don't
own a bike rack, and my 88 16v is too nice to throw a bike into.  This really
has little relevance to this story what-so-ever.  Anyway, the 80 'S' had a dead
battery when I went to leave work, and being in a rush to join my biking 
buddies, I asked one of my ACURA driving co-workers for a boost.  Well, the
car started, but now I've got these Honda/Acura electrons floating around in 
my electrical system, and I'd like to flush them out.  What should I do?
How is this affecting my performance?  Should I seek therapy? :-)
