Rims

Oops.  I forgot to say that I have an '87 16V.  Once again, can anyone
give me some insight on the best rims to get, performance and looks
wise?  I like the stickin out fat tire look, but I can be easily swayed.  I'm
just jelly like that.  I'm worried about CV joint wear, etc...
