Actually, the wheels he is talking about are RACING Sparco.  they are a different 
brand.  Sparco is definately one of the top Rally wheels along with Speedline and 
OMP.  RACING Sparco is usually found on Japanese cars in the US Esp. Hondas 
and I have heard that they are pretty bad myself.  I don't know why they have that 
name since Sparco has been around longer and has a better reputaiton.  Hmmm....
