Jay - the mark on the outside of the sprocket is the one you can use when
the pulley is mounted on the intermediate shaft, the distributor drive
shaft.  The two pulleys are the same, so they have both marks - you can
obviously see both when it is mounted to the cam, but only the outside one
when on the distributor drive shaft.
