Just like any other used car. Its a case by case basis so you always take a
risk when buying any used car.
If you dont know how to inspect a used car, then by all means, take it to a
mechanic who does these used car inspections and spend the $50-$70 so you will
know what your getting. Its well worth spending the money now for the
inspection than buying the car and later finding out its gonna cost a mint to
keep it running. Its just good insurance.

For that low of a price, there may or may not be something wrong with it.

PBTTHHHH!!!!!!!!! $6,200?? What was this goober thinking? I hope this is not
the same car your looking at. Then again, if he is now asking $2900 for it I
know where you can get a g-charger for @$850 or so. I also know where you can
get a used tranny for about the same price. So, now you would be up to a total
investment of $4600. Thats not bad.
