These are the same IDIOTS (wish there was a stronger clean word - politicians?)
who won't allow the air cooled owners to put aftermarket injection or electronic
ignition of their cars because it is not STOCK. If you rebuild the engine with
a newer CRANKCASE, the car has to meet THAT year's levels, NOT the car's.
Mexican
and Brasilian blocks are ILLEGAL 'cause they don't have SERIAL NUMBERS.

Actually, blame the big industry lobbyists. They conviced your solons to
pass this law
so they don't have to stop spewing filth into the air.
