I would have to say that someone who drives, lets say, 90 MPH with his or
her feet out the window in cruise control has got serious problems. :)
But for coasting legally while the mind wanders a bit, it is a nice tool to
have.  Yes, it is just another thing that will break like MFA, trip
computers, etc.
But if I was on a long drive out to the campsite I would make use of it 
more often than I do in city traffic and would appreciate it.
ND carries a mod for it, though I am not sure if it is universal.  JCW
also carries them of course :)
