I can't do my rears without lifting both rear wheels off the ground.
Fronts are easier, but even so, it is pretty hard to turn the nut with a
wrench if the threads are not clean - so I have to clean the threads, which
takes a while. Then, if I am doing the rears, I have to hold the sleeve in
place with one hand, turn nut with the other(clean the threads again
because it won't turn), as the sleeve likes to rotate. I can't see how
you're using a 10" spring/5" sleeves on the rear and still having it above
the tire. Not saying you're lying, just can't picture it. I've got my
rear sleeve sitting on the Koni perch, it is about a 6" sleeve, the perch
is on the highest setting - with an 8" spring, the nut is pretty darned
low. Don't know. Adjusting the ride height is not that hard, but harder
than I want to deal with on a regular basis, as on my car, I have to get
both rear wheels off the ground, rear wheels preferably off, etc - PITA.
When I need a slight change in ride height, it is nice, though. TTYS!
